How to Use
Always feed with wet food (raw or home cooked, canned, broth, goat milk, etc.) or hydrate chia seeds before adding to dry foods. To do this, soak seeds in a 1:10 ratio of seeds to water. Soak until the seeds produce a gel coating or at least 30 minutes.
Slippery Elm is a deciduous tree found in eastern North America. First Nations have used the inner bark for centuries as a remedy for digestive upset, coughs and more. Harvested in the spring, you can use it internally and topically. It has a sweet taste and is usually found in powder form.
