We are small business owners who live and work in our local community. Common sense rules apply - deliveries will be dropped at your front door, and a photo of the delivery is taken. We assume no responsibility for lost or stolen deliveries. Canada Post deliveries are subject to higher fees if you want to use tracking or insure the package, please select that shipping option at check out.

Frequent buyer program is run in store only. Online sales do not count towards frequent buyer programs. We are unfortunately at the mercy of the software providers available and they do not have a good marriage between our frequent buyer program and online purchasing website software. To that end, we honour the frequent buyer accumulation and rewards in store only. When systems like Shopify finally catch up and enable programs like this we will be more than happy to implement them online as well. Thanks for your understanding.
