Healthy Paws - Complete Dinner - Small Dog - Salmon

Healthy Paws Complete for Small Dogs is formulated to provide a complete meal. This product is available in 10 different proteins to provide diversity to your small pet's diet. Each formula is based on a minimum 90/10 ratio of meat to fruit/vegetable blend. They have also added ground kelp and cold water fish oil to ensure the proper levels of Omega 3 and 6 as well as trace minerals. In non-avian protein formulas they have added raw bone powder to provide the correct levels and ratios of calcium and phosphorus. ​The 100g serving sized pieces provides a convenient way to thaw a daily serving for your small dog or cat. The individually sealed packages also provides a convenient way to store unused food until they are needed for feeding. 

The Salmon formula contains North Atlantic salmon fillets that are completely antibiotic and hormone free. They are farm raised in Nova Scotian coastal waters which ensures that they are parasite free, a potential hazard with raw, wild salmon. Whenever possible, the vegetables and fruits they use are purchased weekly from local suppliers. The kelp is sourced from the shores of Nova Scotia and the fish oil is a blend of sardine and herring oil from the North Atlantic.

Salmon is low in saturated fat and is a source of high quality protein and contains other essential nutrients such as vitamin D, zinc and selenium. The Omega 3 fats found in salmon have been associated with contributing to a healthier immune system, a reduction of risk of specific cancers and age-related macular degeneration in the eyes.
